The
program Director and head trainer, Nick Gordon, is a Track and Field
Junior Olympic Gold Medalist, Semi-Professional Soccer Player and
former Track and Field College Coach. He competed as a sprinter and was
sponsored by Nike™. He customizes programs with mental and physical
training that propel optimal performance. Nick places special emphasis
in developing relationships with each athlete to promote confidence,
self motivation, and personal drive.

Tsanne Gordon is focused on
living a healthy lifestyle. He's appeared on numerous radio and
television programs, including the Kevin Trudeau Natural
Cures™ show. He provides services to enhance health, body, and
mind.
| Tiney Ray—Family Nurse Practitioner |
Tiney
Ray is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with more than
thirteen years of experience with children ranging from 5 to 21. She
encourages healthy lifestyle habits, and pre-season conditioning to
prevent injury. She is eager to share her medical expertise with the
objective of setting well-balanced programs.
Ed
Plitt has served as Football Coach for PAL in excess of seven years and
also as Captain of the Stony Brook Defense Team for three years.

Conrad
Smith is currently a Certified Basketball Referee. He has worked
with Jack LaLanne "the Godfather of Fitness" for many
years.
| Rafael Morais ~ Trainer, CPR and First Aid Certified |
Rafael
Morais is an accomplished soccer player who currently serves as a Coach
for Pro Touch International. He has served as a Head Coach for
the Portuguese Club Men's soccer team, which went undefeated during the
season of 2003, and also won the Regional Championship during three
consecutive years. In addition, Mr. Morais has been the Head
Coach to Seleto Club Brazil of Maringa and the Assistant Coach to the
Semi Professional State Team of Parana for Boys.
| George Demetriou ~ Trainer |
George
has a broad range of experience in physical training. He has been
quite successful as a trainer, directing a youth martial arts program,
which focuses on self-defense and bullying resolution as well as
athletic performance. His experience also includes training law
enforcement personnel in defensive tactics locally and in various parts
of North America. He is certified to conduct Guided Imagery,
training the subconscious mind for improved performance. George’s
work at Three Village Soccer and Recreation, Inc. will focus on
coaching children for strength conditioning.

Chris
is a USPTR Pro and is a listed USTA high performance coach. His
extensive accreditations also include NYS certifications for coaching
basketball, tennis and soccer. Chris has a long history
(1966 – 2000) working in the Three Village School District, where he
coached varsity basketball, tennis and soccer. He is the
recipient of various impressive awards!
| Mike Mosby ~ Trainer, CPR and First Aid Certified |
Mike
has won countless awards and championships and has set numerous records
throughout his basketball career. He was recently voted MVP by
the Adelphi Men’s basketball team, where he currently attends on an
athletic scholarship. Mike is majoring in physical
education and plans on becoming a teacher. He has made NCAA
appearances in 2005, 2006 and 2007. Mike is a well-rounded
athlete who has competed in various sports, including soccer, football,
volleyball and baseball.
Anthony M. Parlato ~ Certified Coach, Trainer, CPR and First Aid Certified
Anthony
has a very long history in sports at the youth and semi-pro levels.
His father, Tony Parlato Sr., began the Moriches Youth
Organization, in the Center Moriches area 35 years ago. As a
result, Anthony has coached and developed camps and leagues and also
trained volunteer coaches for over 20 years. He is currently
training several teams in speed and agility and runs small group
instruction for beginner, intermediate and advanced basketball
players. Anthony's Long Island Juniors team is currently Division
2. He also keeps busy in the winter coaching basketball at Our Lady
Queen of Apostle, which is a small Middle School that recently went
11-1 and won their respective championship. Anthony is extremely
excited to be part of Nick Gordon's team at TVSR. He believes,
"Character is built in the off-season, when no one is watching."
Manny Bardeguez ~ Certified Coach
Throughout
Manny Bardeguez's 25 year coaching career, he has worked with all age
groups, specializing in athletes 18 and under. He is currently
the Division Coordinator for Suffolk County PAL Countywide Baseball, as
well as a member of the Suffolk County Guardian's Baseball Club.
Manny played a key role in the inception of the Longwood PAL Basketball
League for boys and girls; to date, he continues his work with this
organization. He holds numerous other prominent athletic
affiliations as well as awards and honors. Many of Manny's former
athletes have gone on to play collegiate and minor league
baseball.
